Nice modern clean hotel with typical south east asian hospitality. Decent amenities inside and outside the hotel. Only issue is that you need a car booking to go anywhere. Unlike bali or some other places you cant rent a car or scooter here. Else all good.More

The whole team was really friendly and welcoming. Had a great stay, room was very value for money as well! Appreciate the complementary drive to and fro the ferry terminal.
It’s located next to Lagoi Bay, pretty convenient, just a walk away. Plaza Lagoi is next door as well, but it is mostly vacant; there was only a massage parlour and a souvenir shop. Plus point for being near the Lake Lagoi too!!
Would recommend to go for the traditional Indonesia massage, very comfortable! Breakfast buffet spread was great too.

We had enjoyed 3D2N stay over there. Deluxe room is clean and spacious. Nearby BBT terminal as just 10mins drive away. Hotel staffs are very friendly and fulfilled all of our requests. Few eateries are available in hotel area and local foods are delightful.

Very good room service and nice staff! The rooms were very clean and the facilities there was excellent. There was entertainment room and also a nearby massage area which made everything very easy. Free bicycle to rent too!

staying for 1 night on this hotel was wonderful. i got big room with a good lake view. the breakfast was not really complete but its taste good. staff are really helpfull. compliment to putry (if am not mistake) from receptionist wo help me to call ferry ticket to change schedule. good job grand lagoi!
