It was an amazing experience although sometimes our air condition didn't work but its alright. its also abit hot in bintan so cold air is a need. Experienced many activities like stand up paddling and snorkling overall a fun experience!!More

NEGATIVES
I booked a queen sized bed, instead they give me two twins put together.
Hotel offers taxi transportation services but a ridiculous price, best to speak to a local and make personal arrangement.
Wifi at the room was pretty bad, and they weren’t able to offer a solution for it.
Struggle a bit with lack of hot water to shower, but it was mostly fixed shortly after raising this up to front desk.

Nice modern clean hotel with typical south east asian hospitality. Decent amenities inside and outside the hotel. Only issue is that you need a car booking to go anywhere. Unlike bali or some other places you cant rent a car or scooter here. Else all good.

The whole team was really friendly and welcoming. Had a great stay, room was very value for money as well! Appreciate the complementary drive to and fro the ferry terminal.
It’s located next to Lagoi Bay, pretty convenient, just a walk away. Plaza Lagoi is next door as well, but it is mostly vacant; there was only a massage parlour and a souvenir shop. Plus point for being near the Lake Lagoi too!!
Would recommend to go for the traditional Indonesia massage, very comfortable! Breakfast buffet spread was great too.

We had enjoyed 3D2N stay over there. Deluxe room is clean and spacious. Nearby BBT terminal as just 10mins drive away. Hotel staffs are very friendly and fulfilled all of our requests. Few eateries are available in hotel area and local foods are delightful.
