Our guide met us exactly where he said he would be. We loaded up and headed to the zipline. Once there, the young lady who was in charge of the paperwork spotted a sloth and pointed it out to our 3 girls. They were so happy they actually got to see one! A tour bus showed up and our driver/guide made sure to get us in front of the large group which was much appreciated! The 11 zips were exhilarating! You are literally soaring through the Costa Rican rainforest and it is beautiful. The guides were helpful and kind. Even when we wanted to trade spots in line so I could get pictures, they accommodated us. After, our driver/guide drove us to the canal boat adventure. It was a nice 1 hour boat ride where our boat guide spotted Caiman's (little alligators), the Jesus Lizard, a sloth, iguanas and native birds. He was quite the spotter! After the canal boat, we were driven around the area to a fruit stand where we got to sample local fruits. It was so authentic and delicious. I would absolutely recommend this tour!

Although ship's time was 1 hour earlier than local time our guide Fabiana and driver Manfred were waiting for us at the pier. We were with 6 in a comfortable van. The tour met our expectations and Fabiana is a very nice and experienced tourguide.

Tour was recommended by a staff member at our hotel. We rented a vehicle and drove ourselves. Roads were well signed. Price included typical Costa Rican lunch in beautiful 150 year old hacienda. Lunch was followed by a tour with one guide for 2 people. Took approximately 1 hourbto complete. Learned several facts about sugar cane production from the past and present. Tour guide was very kind and considerate.

Went on boat tour down the river and saw many wild animals. River boat driver was great and pointed out many hidden animals to which we pulled up close to. This included crocodiles, monkeys, and birds - even a Toucan. Iguanas were common great bird watching.

Back at the lunch place other animals like iguana and sheep.

We used Syl travel for a half day tour of the Veragua Rainforest. First, we were told to meet our tour guide at 7:00 am and then found out later it was supposed to be for 7:30 am. Then it was not a private tour and had to wait for another 2 people that never showed up, delaying us until 8:00 am. Then Kiki our tour guide read from an old tour book. The roads and conditions of Limon are not very impressive, so it was quite bumpy ride to the rain forest. Once we got let out for our rain forest tour, Kiki promised he would meet us there. Not the case, we had to wait another 20 - 30 minutes for the people at the rain forest to get ahold of Kiki and the driver. Was not impressed with this tour company and would not recommend them again!
