First time visit for me with a couple of friends who had been before. Their food was OK, having told staff that, on their previous visit, it had not been good.

I had simple fish and chips. The fries were OK but the batter on the fish was really greasy and oozed out when the fish was cut into. The portion of fish was also quite small compared to most pubs.

The service overall was indifferent and slow. The waitress, to whom I complained about the fish, said she would “have a word with the kitchen”. I assume the response was unprintable as she never came back!

We also had to ask for our bill three times. We’re all voting with our feet and will go elsewhere.

poor food and service was embarrassingly terrible. The waiting staff were rude and i found a pube in my salad, I assume it was one of theirs as i trimmed mine last week.
food was a little bit tasty but the Thai food long grain rice reheated in microwave when asked the barman was 100% sure it was boiled. Thai rice No.
Thanks, Dick

My sons birthday and his bride to be next year we took them out to Wanut tree where my wife had been before .it wasn’t busy ,few in front area and several tables out in back as a nice summers evening garden .
The menus is very varied ,interesting and well priced and not too many dishes to choose from which is good to see .
I had the delicious scotch egg ,followed by the amazing fish pie mmmm lovely .However the steal looked amazing and was Delicious home made food that was not long coming out and served well by waitress ,friendly bar staff too !! Too full up for desserts but again nice range of choices at good fair price .
Parking was only problem with small front area ,but found space .

The staff where very friendly and accommodating, even when asking to move the reserved table because of the dog. The food was well presented and delicious, and there was a great choice for a Sunday menu! The drinks menu was great and included a lovely selection of gins!

After the lovely food, the location prided and nice spot for a walk along the river Thames.

We will definitely be back and would recommended it to anyone.

Thank you to all the staff for the great hospitality.
