We stayed here for a couple of days and the experience was very pleasent. It's not a luxurous hotel/motel by any means but it is very comfortable. There is ample parking, some of it available in an underground car park which can get a bit tight moving around. The rooms had all the basics but lacked tea/coffee making equipment. Also, it may be important to some, the TV's are flat screen but fairly old/1st generation 4:3csquare screen and don't have USB/HDMI inputs. The free internet provided can get swamped as it will only allow a certain number of users at one time. Extra pillows and blankets can be found in the wardrobes along with the free to use safe.

Free breakfast was provided. Again, nothing too luxurous but it helped to start the day.

Central between two lakes which were no more that 15 miles away.
The staff, particularly the reception staff were very friendly and very helpful as we spoke no Italian.
Underground car park was good as the temperatures were in the high 30's.
Not much choice of restaurant it is advisable to go to Arona @4 miles away for a good choice of restaurants.
But otherwise no complaints at all.

This hotel is a modern establishment with all the facilities you want. Rooms are clean and functional . Free wifi and parking. Good breakfast . There's no restaurant but there are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. The VV pizza place (out of hotel and turn right) is especially good
