Customer service is lacking at the reservations desk. You switched my room which I booked 2 months in advance without notifying me. I supposedly got a renovated room but my key card did not work, the sink in the bathroom clogs and the wifi is sketchy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment with the Customer Service you received at our Reservations Desk. We have reduced staffing in some areas due to the COVID19. We felt that a Complimentary upgrade to a renovated room would have been to your liking and thought it would have been a welcomed change for a family – close to the beach and the pool. We were not aware about the sink drainage and apologise for this inconvenience. We do wish we could have met with you prior , to learn more about your interaction with Reservations, however we do not have a contact for you, but please feel free to reach out to us at frontdesk@mtirvine.com.

One of my fave resorts!

The hotel is GORGEOUS, kind of reminds me of a Balinese setting. The whole area is beautiful and steeped in so much history! The food was amazing, and I love the fact that the private beach was so close-by. The golf course is also beautiful and I loved all the quaint little areas around!

Room tip: Choose a room with an ocean view - its beautiful!

Thank you for your five-star rating!! Indeed we are located on land that was once a Coconut and Sugar Plantation.
How amazing it is that there are two Sugar Mills that are still standing here, some 200 years later!

Mount Irvine Bay Resort has integrated some of the old with the new in our design and layout and we
are pleased to learn that you love it too!

Great location, staff and services! Will return!

From the moment upon checking in and leaving my stay was wonderful! The room was spacious, clean and modern. The staff was friendly and tended to my requests in a timely manner. Loved the location with 2mins walk to the beach. When not at the beach, the swim up pool bar was a bonus. The evenings at the lounge area bar was quite entertaining and enjoyed the cocktails. I would certainly be returning! Thank you for a memorable vacation.

An amazing weekend!

Spent the weekend at the hotel lounging at the pool, the facilities were clean, our room was much bigger than I expected. The beach was clean but at this time of year the water is a little rough.

With our borders still closed this mini staycation was good for my soul :-) Would do this again!

What a great getaway!

I Loved Mt. Irvine Bay Resort! It definitely gives the feeling of being on a breezy, relaxing, no hustle vacation. The resort was lovely, the rooms are comfortable, the food was amazing and the overall ambience just said beach, Caribbean, relaxing vacation!

Remember there is more fun to be had! Including a breezy kayak ride, on Mount Irvine Bay (not too far from the shore) you can actually get up close to the floating jetty where Pelicans are visible relaxing and diving in and out of the water for fish! There's stand up paddle, snorkeling or just sitting on the beach on one of our complimentary loungers., while eating a tasty Crab & Dumpling or Bake and Shark! Have you tried these?
