This is a nice place for young families. Most speak good English. The nearest restaurant can provide some institutional character, but there are several restaurants to choose. All of good quality. The pool is OK and clean. It's easy to take the bus into Playa del Ingles, even with strollers.

Room Tip: We were unfortunately not met our desire to neighboring apartment with those we traveled with. It was stupid when it was vacant apartments.

The hotel and the surrounding apartments in Blue Village Bahia Feliz hold a normal good standard. The food served at the hotel is very good, and the prices are quite affordable.

We first stayed in 2 apartments (our group was quite large/2 adults+6 kids), but on the 4'th day we had a break-in and had to move to the hotel as the apartments were all rented out. According to a local shop owner we met, break-ins are quite normal in the area.

The rooms at the hotel were clean and tidy. What was not so nice was the fact that there were a lot of very noisy guests there, and since we had a 9 weeks old baby with us, this made our stay not so pleasant. We tried to address this issue with the hotelmanagement (and with the local representatives of the travel company/TUI) but they did not try a little bit to help.

The area surrounding Bahia Feliz is rather boring. There is NOTHING there accept a local shopping centre/mall. And Playa del Ingles is too far away for going every day, esp. with small kids.

So, if you travel to Gran Canaria we recommend other places than Bahia Feliz. (We have been to both Playa del Ingles and Puerto Rice before).

Room Tip: Make sure NOT to get an apartment not covered by the sucurity cams. The burglars apparently know which rooms to hit.

Really nice hotel in bahia feliz! We returned 4 days ago, and it was amazing! We travelled with 4 kids (9,8,4,2) and my husband. A good family hotel, and a great option to take your kids with you! The food was nice, we ordered all inc. and that was a kind of good. We had a design room with terrace. The rooms weir clean, and nice. Service was good. A little minus is the entertainment because it was all in swedish. The teddy club was good for my kids. The pool was crawed but still really nice.
When the kids weir in the teddy club, my husband and I took to the orquidea spa. It was amazing! We got a great massage, and the jaquzzi was perfect. If you want to get a little away from the town I recommend you to take a bus to playa ingles (I think the name was) weir you ca shop in the shopping mall.

We also took to aqualand and palmitos park. It was just so fun, and really good for the kids. A great and fun dolphin show, and "zoo".

Well a really good and fun place! I'm sure that I would come back! Really really good for families not for couples.

We had a great time at Tres Vidas. The children enjoyed it very much, especially Bamse-klubben.

Room Tip: We had a design apartement with terrace. We had a large lawn in front of our apartement.

We spent 1 week in Tres Vidas with our 4 mo baby and were extremely happy we didn't go to the main hotel Orquidea instead. We had booked a design room with a terrace & partial seaview and the room was very nice and newly renovated. It was much quieter than in the main hotel, although the services of Orquidea were close by. Some nights the entertainment could be heard all the way to our room and during some days some karting track noise but they didn't bother us much.

The food at Orquidea buffet was quite mediocre, but it was the best option if you're traveling with a baby that might be more or less crying throughout the dinner (neither of us had to eat their meal cold).

The pool was pretty crowded so we didn't bother spending too much time there. The Spa is great, very relaxing athmosphere (K18!) and a lovely coffee shop to go for a sandwich with delicious coffee or a smoothie.

I would definitely recommend this hotel if traveling with children, not for a romantic getaway. There's not much things to do in Bahía Feliz, but it's very easy to hop on a bus to Playa del Ingles or the opposite direction to a shopping centre close by.

Room Tip: Choose a room with a patio if you are using strollers, then you will have no stairs to the room. Design rooms are newly renovated and much better than the normal Premium room.
