Found this beach by accident on a windy day. For a few hours we had the entire beach to ourselves and we also found a private beach hut at the far end of the beach. It provided shelter from the wind, had benches, chairs and seemed to be for anyone who needed it. What a treat! The beach is beautiful, the water warm and made for a memorable visit.

The beach was very nice. It was so peach full and quiet. The water was clean. It was in a great position because It stopped the northern wind.

A lovely beach away from the crowds in the rest of Mykonos. There are no shops nearby to buy food and drinks. Lovely clear water for swimming.

I had wanted to swim and enjoy the beaches of Mykonos, but I did not want the cabana chairs, pumping music and bar service. All I wanted was a quiet beach on a beautiful bay without lounge chairs where mellow beach lovers hung out. After driving all around the island on the scooter bike, we finally happened upon Agios Sostis Beach. It was perfect in every aspect. Quiet, beautiful, Small and safe for swimming. The water was so clear I could see the fish darting around me. Some thought the water was cold. I thought it was warm. This beach does not have any shade. It is fully exposed. There is no life guard on duty. There was a kindly respectful local man who sold freshly baked donuts and bottles of water to those who were interested. If you decide to walk down to the beach, wear your flip flops. Some part of the beach are rocky and can hurt your feet and the sandy parts heat up fast. Enjoy swimming and take care to notice of the reef areas.
