We rented "Apartment Lisa". It was huge, especially for 5 woman. The owners were so nice and thoughtful. I want to go back again if I am ever in the area again.
We thought it would be hard to find but it turned out to be very easy. The owner emailed me the exact directions needed. It is not all that far from Florence. Close to San Gimignano.

I've been visiting the Agriturismo Molinuzzo for fifteen years and it gets better and better each time we come here. Your hosts Marzio and Laura will go out of their way to ensure that your stay with them is one of the most memorable trips you could undertake. Situated as it is in the hills above Florence which is just forty minutes drive away the farm offers accommodation with breakfast if required. Marzio will, happily cook evening meals for those that want it, served in their lovely dining room. I am almost loathe to share this beautiful place as it is so very special. Close by are the little Chianti region towns that offer the visitor such splendid views, wonderful dining opportunities and places of interest. Visit San Gimignano famous as the backdrop for many English made films. Little towns like Greve in Chianti and Castellina delight the photographer and if shopping is your thing then Lecchio about 45 minutes drive will offer all that retail therapists could hope for. Not forgetting nearby Florence with its architectural beauty and bustling street markets and Siena which boasts probably the most famous piazza in the country.
Marzio is a man of many talents and his wine is especially good, he takes infinite care with everything he does and next year will be able to offer facilities for wheelchair users. You will walk among olive groves, listening to the frogs croaking in the lake or swim in the deliciously warm pool. I cannot think of a more heavenly place.

***** Five stars for Marzio Magli and his wife Laura, who consistently succeed in delivering the highest standards of comfort, cleanliness, conviviality and cuisine in their beautifully appointed traditional Tuscan farmhouse, which is set against a delightful rural backdrop.

The attractive, well maintained grounds and a fine swimming pool are just two of the many fine features which add to the magic of Molinuzzo.

Room tip: The whole place is quiet and peaceful.

The Molinuzzo is simply adorable. The setting is both beautiful (amongst vines and olives) and convenient for pretty local villages and towns and for easy access to Florence and Sienna. We have stayed several times and loved every time. Marzio always suggests somewhere new for us to visit. Swimming in the pool and dining on the terrace do make us feel we are living the Tuscan dream if only for a short time. The place is idyllic.

I thought I was in heaven. I had to keep saying pinch me! The locatoin right in the middle of olive groves and vineyards was amazing. Our hosts Marzio and his wife Laura were so kind and accomodating. They had excellent recommendations for winery visits and dining. Enjoyed talking to them about the region and speaking Spanish with Laura.

The pool was so refreshing after touring in the very warm temps and we enjoyed helping ourself to cherries from their tree being told upon arrival to eat as much we wanted. So sweet and tasty.

Our stay could not have been better.
