This small boutique hotel offers amazing views, kind Staff and a great location. We enjoyed the home feel of the kitchen area, the great breakfast served daily and the treats set out during the day. The decks and views are what make this property and you cannot beat the beauty of waking up in the morning to the ocean which you seem to float over. The only downsides are the rooms need some refreshing but overall this is a wonderful place to stay in Cape Town and we enjoyed our time there.

We stayed for three nights and were so happy with the amazing views, beautifully decorated rooms and awesome staff - and the breakfasts, yum! A perfect spot from which to enjoy Capetown, close to Camps Bay and Table Mountain, 10 mins to great bars and nightlife!

This was our second visit to CVC - we visited about 3 years ago, but took the 2BR apartment this time. As with my previous review, the things that stand out here are the mesmerizing views and the exceptional service, particularly from the breakfast ladies and the hosts. Seeing the sun set over the Atlantic is something that you will not forget anytime soon. I also suggest a ten minute walk to Clifton's idyllic beaches - even in early March they were almost deserted when i took my morning visit.

With apologies for being picky, one thing that did leave me slightly underwhelmed was that the jacuzzi on our stunning deck was practically inoperable - either the water was boiling or cold - there is no temp control and some kind of regulating device would be a good idea. The pool water for the common pool is also not heated so there was no opportunity to take a swim (in March) unless you are up for an ice bath. But make no mistake: this is a beautiful property in what i think is the most lovely area of Cape Town. You will not go wrong.
