Description: Our company is located in the beautiful resort of Paranzano in Casperia. On the road connecting Casperia Cantalupo, near the junction to San Vito, find the farmhouse. Open Friday and Saturday for lunch and dinner, Sunday lunch only, with the delicacies of our chef. With the good season will be open from Wednesday to Sunday. Reservations recommended. But all the other days we are at work in the fields, for the production of our vegetables, or in the shop to sell our products: vegetables, fruits, olive oil, olives, eggs, cakes, biscuits, bread.

Wonderful Cooking experience followed by a lovely meal.

Our wonderful host and chef Daniele was excellent. He gave us a private cooking class, which was lovely. We loved being able to just walk around the farm, collecting fresh farm eggs from happy chickens and beautiful wild herbs. The food we cooked and later ate was delicious. Daniel and Owners of II Terebinto, Thank you.

Shear heaven in the picturesque hillside of Casperia in Reiti! Our host and chef extraordinaire Daniele is a culinary angel ...the food and delightful conversation ...heavenly! We were blessed to have a private cooking class in the tiny but efficient kitchen; the long Italian marble counter was cool to the touch in a warm summer kitchen filled with aromas, colors, and tastes of Italia. All organic of course in a "farm to table" setting, the pace is relaxed and easy. We loved being able to just walk around the farm and learn about their very special operation here; farm fresh eggs, happy chickens, beautiful wild herbs (ask to smell/taste the mintucha!), and the most amazing apricot trees laiden heavy with the most vivid color fruit I have ever seen. The pink glow of sunset cast across the olive grove was magical; every face we encountered was friendly and charming. Carla prepared fresh apricot jam and crafted apricot liquor, yum! Paulo served us with his inherent kind and friendly nature, also giving us a ride home! It was Chef Daniele that charmed our hearts. His love of his culinary craft is tangible and inspiring, and care with which he prepares only the finest ingredients expresses the true heart of Italian cooking where "if it's not in season, you won't find it on our table"! Be sure to ask for the little round wine and olive oil cookies, Ciambellini, delicious! Thank you for welcoming us into your world on our last night in Casperia. It truly was an evening to be savored and remembered.

On the advice of a friend in Casperia (Maureen Donovan at La Torretta), our party of six tried Il Terebinto go dinner. You expect great food in Italy, as this was great food, but you wouldn't expect professional presentation in the countryside. The plates were works of art. It was almost a shame to eat the food!

Our table sat in a grove of trees, under a beautiful umbrella. The views were spectacular.

Make sure that you go hungry, so that there is room for the plates of antipasti, the two pastas, the two meats, and the two desserts. Not kidding.

Eat in the front lawn of this working farm. It is a husband and wife team that truly knows how to make and serve outstanding food. We watched the sun set as we ate. The food, host and athmospere made this a great find. You will be wowed.

A local told us about this restaurant when we asked for recommendations. It is truly amazing, we ended up going here twice during our one week stay in the area. The food is truly amazing. They grow their own vegetables in the garden and serve organic coffee. One of our group is gluten and dairy intolerant, and that was not a problem at all. The atmosphere is perfect, we ate outside in the garden with lovely views and beautiful sunset. The hosts are lovely! Even after just one evening we felt like we were getting to know them. A great dining experience.
