In the real middle of a forest on the Monte Cimino slopes, the place offers silence, fine air and a wide and relaxing panorama. The main dining room is wide, with glass walls, which can be opened for a wide "dehors" for the warm seasons.
The food is well presented and served, from starters (local salami and hams, cheeses and mushrooms), we had a chickpeas and chestnut soup (delicate and delicious) and handmade pasta with "porcini". Main course with stewed calf on a bed of "polenta" made with Storo corn flour and garnished with "porcini" mushrooms.
Wide choice in wines (both excellent local ones and "major" labels).
