From the moment we walked in Canan made us feel at home and looked after all our needs. The trip had taken longer than expected and the tribe was hungry Canan took time to find out what we wanted to do and sent us to a great lunch restaraunt. On our return she had suggestions for the rest of our stay - it felt like we were her visitors and she did everything to ensure we enjoyed the town and sites. The hotel is a stone building and the rooms are generous in size. The included breakfast was a tradional Turkish fest a great way to start our days. The restaurant recommendations and boat cruise were perfect for our needs. The level of service and hotel atmosphere made this good value for money. We would not hesitate to recommend and hope to get back there

We are wrapping up a two week tour of Turkey, which has involved significant physical activity. This lovely boutique hotel situated in a quiet fishing community has provided the perfect environment for relaxation. Cunda Island is a step back in time, and YundAntik is the epitome of hospitality with a heavy emphasis upon ensuring that guests feel pampered and welcome throughout their stay.

Our room is spacious, comfortable, very clean, with a balcony, corner fireplace, jacuzzi bath, and attention to details. The courtyard is carefully maintained with elegance. Breakfast was somewhat overwhelming----but in a good way! The variety was exemplary and in abundance. Staff have gone out of their way to ensure our comfort.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Stroll through this town for a mirror to forgotten village life. Due to the ancient streets, a small car is the best choice for navigating the centuries-old streets which were built to accommodate carts and horses.

As I reflect back upon our trip, Cunda and YundAntik boutique hotel should not be missed. Wish we could spend one extra day here!

Room Tip: Second floor with balcony overlooking the courtyard.

The ambience of this Hotel is just wonderful. The rooms are large and beautifully furnished. The bathroom is amazing with a full force shower and spar bath. The finishing touches like the bathroom tiles, soap dispenser and robes are just lovely. We had a very sweet balcony furnished appropriately and the court yards were lovely to spend time in. The breakfast was the best we have had in Turkey across two trips. The big clincher was the staff, nothing was too much bother even to the extent of walking us to a favourite olive oil shop. I would totally recommend a stay here and would love to go back sometime and stay for longer.

Our stay at YundAntic was very enjoyable. We booked because of the tripadvisor reviews and were not disappointed. The room was spacious and very clean. Our only small comment would be that the air conditioner took a while to cool the room and it was not possible to leave it on when went out. The owner was certainly very helpful and booked the fabulous boat tour for us. She even offered to lend us money to pay for it. That is a first in all our travels. We ate on the waterfront on our first night at the restaurant recommended by the hotel. No one spoke English at the restaurant which made ordering difficult but a helpful customer came to our aid! Food was delicious, service a bit perfunctory.

Room Tip: If it is hot choose a room downstairs.

Cunda is a beautiful, quaint fishing town with a tendency towards the parochial. Often this means 'getting along' in a place like this, especially when one's knowledge of the language is limited, can be quite a challenge. This is where Yundantik, and in particular our hostess, was faultless. Her services helped us with things that were far beyond her call of duty and made our stay as comfortable and as simple as possible. She was attentive and assertive, seemingly one step ahead of even our own plans! Calls were made ahead of time and we were always expected and welcomed wherever we visited.

The hotel itself was clean, well equipped (very well for such a small establishment) and the breakfast was simple, local fare which was both fresh and delicious.
