I’m here right now. It’s pouring. I just want to say that the swim out pools are NOT in the least bit freezing. I have NO idea what people are talking about in all of these reviews I have been reading. I was expecting to dip my toes into an icebox. I will write a more detailed review later. But for now, my little “slice of heaven” pool is a nice 80 degrees thank you very much! Lol!!More

What a fun time we had at this new Majestic hotel! We upgraded to a swim up room in the Elegance Club so we had a butler and beach butlers that really worked hard to make sure we had a wonderful time. The facilities are beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The employees were extremely attentive and friendly. Our favorite butlers were Joel (room), Rafael (who tirelessly made sure our chairs were exactly the way we wanted them each day--learned our names from the beginning), Tony and Jose were also great beach butlers! Samuel, our beach server, took care of us daily and helped us choose the perfect drinks over and over. In the restaurants we got to know the servers who were so friendly and professional.....Jordan, Alex and Alexander (Mar House breakfast), Omar in the Steakhouse. Brandon, the entertainment director, worked hard to give guests fun events each day! We thoroughly enjoyed our guacamole making lesson. Although the resort had a low occupancy we were still entertained nightly with singers, comedians, dancers. The beach is simply gorgeous with very few rocks. I did email the hotel with some smaller suggestions like better house wine/champagne, allowing to-go food from Mar House since there is no beach restaurant, better specials in the spa. The hotel is very devoted to taking our suggestions seriously. They are very Covid aware and take all precautions for safety. I highly suggest this hotel.

We had an incredible time at this resort. Brandon, Shayla, Marco, Andy, and Beto did an amazing job keeping it fun with activities everyday. They are doing a great job keeping it fun even though Covid has changed a few things for everyone’s vacations. Betsy was amazing and kind at the pool bar as well! We also loved the evening shows every night! Can’t wait to visit again once things are back to normal.

We had the most amazing trip!! We love the location of this resort- out of the hustle and bustle of Cancun, very safe, but still an easy 30 minute drive to activities. Although, be aware that if you don’t get private transportation, it’s likely you will make quite a few stops at different hotels in the area.. Our drive to the resort ended up being over an hour after stopping along the way to drop off other couples.
This resort is very clean, there are pools all over the place, and a bar around every corner. We also loved the evening entertainment!
My only complaint would be the food.. It was pretty hit or miss.. The best place to go for consistently good food was actually the buffet.. But aside from the that, the staff at this resort is what made us want to come back! I’d love to just mention a few of the awesome people we interacted with!
Tony - Pool Attendant/Pool Butler- WOW! Tony goes above and beyond!! He insisted on fixing our towels to make little pillows so we would be more comfortable when he realized we were trying to get a little shut eye. When I mentioned that I was feeling hot in the sun- he quickly brought over an umbrella. He even moved it as the sun moved throughout the day to ensure I was comfortable.
Sergio- Butler- he communicated with us every day and helped answer any question we had in a very timely manner. He wanted to make sure we had the best time- and it was a great feeling to know we could count on him if we needed anything
Jordan & Lazard - Waiters- Jordan made a drink special for me and it was the best one I had the entire trip! He and Lazard were so personable and attentive. They made our experience at that restaurant memorable in the best way!
Alexander- waiter- Alexander was always running around making sure we were taken care of and had coffee cups full. He just doesn’t stop moving!
Rafael- beach attendant - always had towels ready to go within minutes. He’d come to check in on us and remembered our names, he wanted to make sure we were having a good time!
Dianna, Brandon, sheyla, Marco, Andrea.. entertainment- they made the days at the beach so fun and lively! The night entertainment was awesome! The perfect couple game and Miss Majestic and Karaoke was a blast!! Couldn’t imagine anyone doing that job better than they did.
Sammuel- beach waiter- I felt bad for him having to hike up and down the beach all day long! That sand isn’t easy to walk in.. But he had a smile on his face and didn’t let us go thirsty!
Cassandra or Carmella? - guest services.. It was a bit of a mess getting our honeymoon details organized at first- but she was able to pull it all together for us!

First time going to all-inclusive, loved it loved it. The resort is beautiful the staff super friendly and helpful. The beach is beautiful and pools lots fun. Food is good not great but I didn’t travel to Mexico to eat fancy foods. Great breakfast buffet, good quick food. I definitely recommend this resort and I am definitely going back. I also recommend Friends travel to and from the airport Fernando was great.
