I recently spent a few days for business at this hotel. I enjoyed my stay. Although the English was limited. You could easily immerse yourself into comfort. The hotel room was clean and the bathroom was quite large. The restaraunt stayed open for us and cooked us an unbelievable Parisian meal. Top notch and quite pleasing. The bar also stayed open for us for a night cap. I read some negative comments, but would have to say this hotel was very nice.

Not professional hotel, and not professional staff. The staff don't speak neither one word in english.
Air conditioning not worked, there was very hot, and the room was charged even so.
There were young guys making noise just below my window in the middle of night.

Without a great deal of positives to start with, this hotel needs to reassessed. It is well overpriced for the quality, charging 9 Euros for breakfast that was originally stated as included (now altered on site) which consists of no more than toast, cereal and out-of-date plain yogurt. They charge for hot water even though there were no kettles supplied in the rooms and refuse to offer tap water.

The hotel is often unattended so arrival can take almost 3 hours and numerous phone calls as we discovered.

The owners DO NOT SPEAK A WORD OF ENGLISH just to warn anyone who may not be fluent in French, alike most tourists coming from abroad - causing great issues. The staff were rude and unhelpful as a whole.

The rooms are not cleaned, only dirty towels folded and beds made, taking absolutely no care for any possessions whilst doing so. In our experience we had items damaged with no responsibility taken.

Over all an absolutely appalling stay that we would not recommend.

One of our reasons for staying at this property was due to the fact it had WiFi as I work whilst away. Only the WiFi only connects to French phones apparently and does not stretch any length beyond the pool area, which wouldn't be an issue if it wasn't for the fact there were only 6 deck chairs and well over 15 guests staying at our time of stay. There is very poor signal as well where the hotel is based so don't expect to be able to make any contact with anyone whilst you're there.

Clean, but a bit too small room for family of 4 person. Helpful and friendly staff speaking French only. Free parking on site, free WiFi, supermarket is almost across the street. Must see Musée de la Lavande in Coustellet.

We, (2 adults and a 14 yr old)spent three days in this hotel. We had a fairly big room with a/c and fridge which was essential for storing food and drinks(for picnics). A supermarket is close by to stock up on food and petrol/diesel.The hotel was perfectly situated for lavender fields, the hilltop town of Gordes, Venice of Provence Isle sur la Sorgue, Roussillon and it's colourful cliffs and much more.Dominated by Mont Ventoux the area is very picturesque. The swimming pool, although small is a godsend after a long day sightseeing in the Provencal heat. Plentiful breakfast with croissants, fresh bread, butter, jams, yogurts, o.j. and coffee. Friendly staff. Helpful with tourist information. No problem with extra towels.
Reasonable rates. We paid €335 for the three nights including breakfast. So just over €100 per night. Well worth it.We will definitely return.
