Had a lovely night away bed and pillows so comfy great nights sleep unable to have bath as plug not holding water shower very very disappointing had a bottle sparkling water in room flat and out of date bit disappointed with this should have been checked
service from staff great enjoyed break

I have looked into your comment regarding the bottle of sparking water and looking at our stock, they are not out of date yet, but will agree they expire at the end of this month. I hope this does not deter you from staying with us again.

A wonderful Valentine's Afternoon Tea Takeway was arranged by the hotel, and thoroughly enjoyed by all. Beautifully boxed up, everything was tasty, fresh and gorgeous!! To comply with current regulations, the boxes were brought to the car by staff suitably wearing PPE, so not only innovative but safe as well!

We are a COVID secure venue and I am pleased our COVID policies gave you peace of mind as the safety of our staff and customers are our main priority. Please follow us on social media or view our website for upcoming events such as our takeaway Mother's Day afternoon tea. When we re-open our doors for alfresco dining when Step-2 of the Government's roadmap comes into play, we hope to welcome you back.

I was visiting the area on a course and can honestly say it was a real treat to stay at Ivy Hill Hotel. The hotel had only been reopened from lockdown 2.0 and the staff went out of their way to ensure stay was good. The Chefs in Bartellas attached are honestly a hidden talent. Throughly recommended and I will be back ! Thank you.
