“A little piece of luxury”
Reviewed 3 June 2018 for a stay in May 2018

We were a family of 6 with 2 little dogs. Even though Alice's only sleeps 5, Janet & Harry very kindly provided us an extra put you up bed for our 8 year old daughter. The house is very spacious and beautifully decorated. There are gorgeous views across the valley. The house is perfect for anyone that has mobility problems. Brilliant disabled shower room and tiled floors perfect for use of wheelchairs/mobility walkers or scooters. We enjoyed watching the cows on the farm having a wash & dry with Harry. A lovely, relaxing week had by all at Alice's and plenty to see and do in the area. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We hope to be back soon!

“Excellent spacious and comfortable accommodation”
Reviewed 1 June 2017 for a stay in May 2017

This is our Sixth stay at Low Cornriggs Farm and as always we have been delighted with our holiday. The cottage (which is fully disabled friendly) is spacious, comfortable, clean and warm, with all the facilities you will need.
Ideally located with Newcastle upon Tyne, Durham city, The Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales all within an hour or so, if you feel the need to leave Weardale, or just enjoy the peace of its location.
Jan & Harry and their dogs always make us feel welcome, with their friendly relaxed manner, this is a great place to relax.
