Our experience was pleasant. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Room could be cleaner and AC stopped working on 3rd day. Spa experience was underwhelming and not worth price that was paid. There was no information on how to contact front desk from the room. Location of hotel was excellent and great service was provided by Staff for Birthday celebration. Special thanks to Chef Tomas for arranging a nice birthday cake.

Had a really nice stay here after our flight got canceled and we needed a play to stay very last minute. They were extremely accommodating and let us check in around 12:30pm. The shower was nice and the beach chairs were plentiful

Nice place to stay but don’t trust the price! We like the facilities and the staff are friendly, but twice we got over charged for food and drink. The chef did a great job filling our request for surf and turf. ( Fish and Steak) the waiter said he could do it for $45 for two. We were charged 45 a piece, so we realized it must have been a language misunderstanding. The next day during happy hour we ordered mojitos and beers. They were supposed to be 2 for 1. Mojitos were $9 and beers were 3.50. I was using Colones to pay and he told me it was 28,000 which is about 43.00 US. No way that was right. It should have been $16.00 US or about 11,000 Colones. Since I didn’t question it until I was back at my room, I figured lesson learned, but I felt very taken advantage of.
