Our family of 4 spent a week in Playa Potrero. Justin and his outfitters were superb from start to finish. He was always quick to respond and upfront about costs and all the details. We scheduled everything before we left, 3 hour ATV in the mountains and a 2 hour sunset beach ride.

They'll transport you or you can meet them. Paying cash saves you money, but you can use credit cards. Actually, our stay in CR was via mostly just using credit cards. We brought some US dollars and got a few Colones from the supermarket, never had to use the ATM.

We followed our guide up to the ATV place, All of us had no experience(including two teens). They explained everything, and we practiced a short bit in the parking area, helmets, goggles, face scarves, and then we were off. A bit on the road then off road past farms, small villages, through shallow rivers, seeing animals,. monkeys, waterfalls, lots of pictures.

For the horseback ride, Justin drove my wife and youngest daughter(both highly experienced riders) to nearby Brasilito beach where they met up with a local guide and then rode over to beautiful Conchal beach by the Westin- walk, trot, cantor, all according to one's capabilities. Too much fun!

Justin arranged the trips for just us alone. The prices are extremely reasonable. The guides were safety minded. Highly recommended! We'll use him when we come back- lots of neat choices for adventure. Got to do the catamaran. Many thanks Justin!
