We had the pleasure of dining at the Smokin Pig during our stay in Las Catalinas. I had read so many rave reviews about the food and was thrilled to learn the Pig would be open for one night during our stay (closed for green season). We ordered the sampler plate (brisket, ribs and pulled pork) and were not disappointed. The meat was smoked to perfection, tender and flavorful. The sides were just as delicious as was the pecan pie desert. They literally have the coldest beer offered in Potrero! Cold beer and delicious bbq -winning combination. Amy (the pit master) and Jill (Amy’s mom and manager) work so well together and have a passion for food and connecting with their customers. Do not miss out on a fantastic meal at the Smokin Pig!!
