The hotel is old but well kept and clean. If taking public transport, take High Speed Rail get off at Dayuan station. Follow google maps but before you get to ZhongZheng Road, make a right to cut into a parking lot and there will be a rainbow bridge to take you into back entrance of hotel. This way you won’t have to walk on the busy highway Zhongzheng road with luggage, as there is NO sidewalk. Room comes with mini fridge and tea kettle. I love the huge shower head. The linens are clean and good quality. The towels are thin but in decent condition. There is a desk area in the room. No ironing board. Free self service laundry machine. The washer works great, free detergent. The dryer is very inefficient as of 1/2020. Maybe they need to clean the dryer vent or replace the dryer. Because it takes 4-5 rounds (30 minutes each) to dry a small load of laundry (just 2 jeans, 6 shirts, socks) But hey it’s free so I just air-dried the damp clothes. Free breakfast : great drinks selections (juices, teas, coffee), food was just ok, not great. The mince pork and rice was amazzzzing ! But the rest is just ok. Not the most fresh items. Service staff was friendly and can communicate well. They helped me find other vendors, such as car rental, tailors, even luggage repairs.
