This hotel was booked through Amaz Travel.
The hotel was huge. And our hotel bedroom was way too huge as well. Very bare room. Probably hard to decorate a huge room.
If I have my way, I would not stay in this hotel.
Hallways were too dark. I was too scared to even venture out of the room for ice. Noise level was too much as there probably was too little sound proofing. I had to call front desk at the middle of the night to complain.

Stayed here after a long flight from the US. Hotel is about 20-30 min from the airport. They have a shuttle that runs certain times. Our room was very clean and modern. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good. Only thing was you could hear the people in the next room talking sometimes. But was quiet after that. Would stay here again.
We had an over night layover and we stayed as a family of four for one night. The hotel was very convenient to the airport, the room was large and clean and the front desk staff very friendly! And the price was very reasonable (and included a shuttle back to the airport). Would definitely stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.
We stayed in this property as we have an early flight the following day. Staff are very attentive and offered us a good service.The bed and pillows are super comfortable and take note of there bathtub. It is so gigantic with complete amenities. We even amazed that they have the Nespresso machine. They offered a free shuttle bus from/go airport.
With our great experience with this property, will definitely coming back. Please note: this proper is way better deal than Novotel.
hotel is old and worn. Our room smelled really bad of damp. you could see the patches on the wall. After they opened the windows, it was ok. breakfast buffet was very Asian with limited European choices. But neither Asian nor European choices were great quality. pool facilities are old but still great. 3 lane lap pool, 1 small kids pool (bit hot), 3 pools with various temperatures and water jets, steam room, hot sauna. We went twice with the kids during one night stay and were nearly the only ones there. The kids (2.5 & 5) could both stand in the water jets pool and had a great time. There is a great indoor playground for role play and construction. It’s big, 1000s of wooden toys for shopping, kitchen, doll houses, building blocks, etc. and small sand pit, slide, swing. Great for baby - younger kids, less suitable for kids to be really active/run n jump. Beware you have to pay and it has weird opening times in 2 hour blocks. Ask at reception because you always have to pay for 2 hours.
NO international plugs in the rooms. Who designed this place? Such a basic oversight - not even an international shaver plug in the bathroom! Almost all new hotels in Asia now have international plugs throughout. And being near the airport it should cater for all travellers' needs.
And given the size of the rooms a much bigger desk could have been provided. Lots of wasted space in the large rooms.
Bathroom also poorly laid out with toilet in an awkward corner too close to the wall.
A hotel that's mainly useful for tour groups wanting an overnight stop before heading away - lots of buses parked outside.
A new hotel (this wing) and generally clean and fresh smelling. No sign yet of the dreaded smokers which infect so many hotels in Asia.
Hotel is about 15 minutes by taxi from the airport and a similar distance from Dayuan MRT station.
Decent enough breakfast.
Nice helpful staff.
Some convenience stores nearby.
Note: make sure the taxi drops you at the correct building!
