Stayed here for one night on an extended layover at TPE.

The location cannot be beat with easy access via the MTR and punctual shuttle bus. The staff are very friendly and generally helpful. The room was a bit of a disappointment since it was clearly for designed for customers with disabilities, with the bathroom clearly not suitable for taller people. The 'shower' was in reality a tub with a hand held telephone style shower wand which made showering an on and off affair.

The other issues was with ongoing renovations. While noise was kept to a minimum, the outside deck and 'garden' were unusable due to exterior construction and the premium lounge as closed. The substitute long was okay but quite small and without the selection of the normal lounge which was shut. I was not advised about any of this before my stay and would not have booked a premium room had I known.

I would consider returning but would strongly advise anyone booking soon to enquire about what amenities are available during their renovation project.

Clean, comfortable and very handy for the airport. We stayed one night ahead of getting an early flight out the following morning. Much cheaper to book via the hotel's app than getting the rack rates posted at reception.
Well connected, with buses to and from the airport terminals every thirty minutes and also has its own MRT station (served only by the slower "commuter" trains though, not the airport express train).
On the downside, I thought the Square restaurant was fairly ordinary for dinner. Also, was a bit disappointed with the bathroom in our "standard" room, where there was a bath but only a handheld shower head which was inconvenient.
