very helpful owners, comfortable and cosy place, we loved the paddy fields and able to cycle around the place in your own pace. everyone is so friendly here, greeted by farmers who will stop half way to chat with you. super yummy breakfast and had a great night sleep. will definitely go back again
Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Hosts are friendly and breakfast comprises of yummy healthy porridge form organic rice with side dishes. Great to walk or cycle around the minsu (bicycles provided) as the surrounding is of padi fields and mountains as a backdrop. Wonderful stay. Thumbs up!
We stayed in Mingshuilu by early Oct. the owners are friendly and helpful. 老闆娘 made yummy breakfast for us each morning and even designed different version for our boy! We had a wonderful time there! Highly recommended for those who like to visit Yilan!

Stay: 2 Nights. Relaxing, comfortable, and nicely kept B&B. Breakfast was great with local flavors. Clean air and great outdoor environment which you can explore on bikes they provide or your own feet.
Hosts: Cordial, with a lot of knowledge of the surrounding areas.
This is definitely the place to stay when going to Yilan.
We arrived at the B&B pretty late, but the owner was up waiting for us. He is extremely friendly and ready to suggest places around Yilan to visit. We got a 4 person room, and it was extremely large, with a sitting area and a study desk. The room was very clean and amenities including razors, toothbrushes and combs were provided. The sink was outside the bathroom, which I thought was good especially in the morning when there was a rush for the toilet. Wifi is very fast and available everywhere in the B&B. Breakfast was AMAZING, the hosts cooked a variety of dishes, including egg omelette, cabbage and the famous smoked duck in Yilan to accompany your porridge. They also served passionfruit juice and coffee. There are bikes available at the B&B, which we used to cycle around the area, which was quite peaceful and charming on a sunny day. However, do note that the hotel is slightly far from the city center, and it would be best to take a taxi there.
