Although this hotel is located in an out of the way location, it is actually in the midst of a lot of things. This was an enjoyable stay. The staff is superb and are very good at their jobs. In addition, they are very knowledgeable and happy to assist. The food was also very authentic, and I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast.

Though the hotel is not the brand new hotel, but the room is pretty clean and neat.
Especially ,the employees are very passion for their job. They are knowledgable and willing to do the extra jobs for our group with smiling.
I travel a lot. Stay so many hotel around the world. But only Chung Li hotel make me feel I am home.

The room consisted of 4 tiny twin beds and the weakest ac to have ever existed. The water is either scalding or straight from the arctic seas. There was trash and dust on the floor and 2 of each toiletry despite the room having 4 beds. Shady location, entrance is snug in an alleyway. Each room had a different TV and ours happened to be 50 years old and so grainy you couldn't watch anything. When they did the laundry, they staples tags to all the clothes even though we had laundry bags and labels on the bag. Clothing was also mixed up quite a few times. The wifi rarely connected and some rooms had far better connection than others. Best part is definitely the food and the staff.

Room tip: Find a different hotel

Went with my family in June, booked two double rooms and one triplet. Old folks love their breakfast, nice buffet with Japanese nadou and Korean kimchi . Hotel room was basic and tidy , just the tv a bit old . Anyway we didn't go Taiwan to watch tv.

The hotel is sort of hidden , share the same lift as the apartment next to it . Location is ok .
