We were warmed by great hospitality and the service is great till the end. AWESOME!
Enjoy Japanese cruise using local Taiwanese food with artistry. The courses are served with arts!
Love the sake and wine pairing, especially with these beautiful glasses! Though the Taiwanese beer with fried fish is soso.
Food-
Started as beautiful dish but taste was moderate.
After first 2 dishes I was disappointed, but starting with "Ayu" everything was yummy!
One of my favorite was the pigeon! One of the best I ever had!
Desset was soso for a Michelin restaurant, the mango is interesting but brown sugar lotus seed was just sweet.
Overall we had a great night at RyuGin with tummy full!
Is it worth to come again? Maybe just for the pigeon and fish... But hopefully the dessert will be better.
