As a quarantine hotel the worst one I have stayed in since the start of covid. I have stayed in 5 now.
To start with there were cockroaches found in some rooms. I didn’t get the AC lower than 25 degrees celcius. But that is a matter of preference. And the food is awful. It’s a fixed dish every meal so no choice. I wouldn’t give it to my dog. Luckily they do allow you to order from uber eats or food panda. But that brings us to the next problem. They give you fixed times to let food to be delivered which is you follow, they don’t the longest my food was in the lobby was 1h and 20 mins. So you can guess the temp. of the food. But despite having to eat cold pizza or hamburgers it’s still better than the provided food. When you contact them via the very handy line app. They say sorry and do the same next meal. I honestly think that the food is much better when you’re not in quarantine, so I don’t get why they serve you below standard food? It would reduce the amount of people ordering takeaway and so reduce the workload on them. I hope never to have to come to this hotel as a quarantine hotel again. Or even better thus whole quarantine situation finishes as most people travelling from Europe should be vaccinated.More
