Description: Esteva 510 Aqua Bistro is the first Aquarium Themed Restaurant in Puerto Rico. Everything we served is made in the house from scratch, from the juices, to the dough and the marinara sauce. Highly regarded in our town of Arecibo as one of the most elegant, comfortable and casual places to visit. Recently remodeled out facilities will make you feel like you are visiting a friend, with comfortable sofas, air conditioning, rocking chairs, great food and everything decorated with custom made and soothing freshwater aquariums. When you want to have a romantic date, a coffee, brunch, a relaxed conversation with a friend, a meeting, or you just want to have a calmed nice time, Esteva 510 Aqua Bistro is the place for you!

Finally Arecibo is giving another turn to its old town. Arecibo is my birth town and for years it was a dead. We, my wife and I, decided to drive around area looking for something different. We stopped in Esteva 510 and I could say that we loved it.

It is more artisan pizza more than traditional pizza, they have like 7 or 8 different combination of pizzas. There is no pepperoni in the menu, the concept is a little bit different I haven't try something like this in the area. They doesn't sell slides, medium or large pizza, the concept is to have personal pizza for each one. Prices are fair, personal pizzas are between $8 to $15, it is not that cheap than a normally pizza place but I mentioned before it is something quite different. They also have some pasta and salads. The place is pretty nice, aquarium decoration and the music is relaxing. It has internal and external tables.

I recommend it if you are in Arecibo and want to try a different pizza style. Also I there are several places near by (steak house, mexican and pasta place) that I haven't tried but we walked around and they looks pretty nice, one minute one from each other.

It is a pizza restaurant, but it also has pasta. They do not serve slices and the prices are neither chap or very expensive. The place is very clamed eith classical music and bohemia. The higiene of the place is not that noticible, but its not a dumpster. On the other hand the service is great and sometimes they have life music.

If you decide to visit my hometown Arecibo, going to the historic district will be a great experience. Strolling around the plaza de recreo you will be able to walk into a centuries old cathedral built by Spaniards and just across the street a selfie with city hall as background will please you and family or friends, keep on walking and many centenary buildings will emerge in front of your eyes, even a scale replica of the statue of liberty and a structure called by locals, el fuerte, built on the exact place that el Capitan Correa repelled a British attack with the help of a local militia in 1702. Visit the new malecon and walk besides the atlantic. When you get hungry visit esteva 510 and order a pizza, enjoy

We came to historic Aricebo not knowing jack about anything around there. Old town is a bit barren, on it's way back from decades of decline. We stumbled on to what said "pizzeria", not expecting much...but turns out the paneer is a chef who went to culinary school in Argentina. The pizzas were good, pasta was awesome, but his chocolate/ strawberry tarta was minimalist and perfecto! Go back if I can!
