This place is very nice! We took our family and had a wonderful time.... We did not use the Villas, went for the day and enjoyed the pools, slides and water splash areas.
The kids had a wonderful time, they had plenty to do.

They have different packages which include breakfast, lunch, snacks, or all. Or you can simply pay the entrance fee and pay for your food as you go. You can not bring any food inside.

They also have different activities like karaoke by the pool's restaurant.

Parking is VERY LIMITED, so get there super early, they have a parking lot outside but you have to pay extra, you have no choice if the park's lot is full.
Regardless, you will have a great time!

Recommended 100%!

Nice park in lovely grounds with a few pools and several slides of different sizes. The 14,000 Colones per adult for parking, entrance and Buffett was pretty good. Not the largest park in the world but very good for little kids particularly and of course beautiful Costs Rica weather. Only an hour from San Jose. Give it a try...,

We found this hotel on trip advisor the day that Costa Rica play vs Jamaica

Walking distance to the stadium , bar and restaurant .

Good service and good price .

I'm sure we be back again soon.

Room is nice clean full Ac , I will say that the only thing I did not like is that the room don't have a little fridge and sometimes is need it!

PROs
For kids <6 years old....this place is awesome

CONs
3000 colones for parking 100 mts away from the location
7000 colones entry just to get wet
9000 colones ticket include Rice with chicken and fries (recommend t o pay this one)
11 000 ticket include buffet (rice, beans, salad and your selection on fish or meat) no refill.
There are no place to keep things ....someone have to watch bags (do not leave them unattended!)
This is a reclycle water concept...but no filter or water treatment....so by 1pm most of the pools are warm and dirty.
The administration lack of people limit...so on weekends the place is packed full.
Poor customer service.
You can not bring your own food/beverages.

SUMM
If you are on Orotina and do not have something to do, give it a try. Otherwise, skip.

This is without a doubt a very picturesque hotel with the most beautiful grounds. You reach it by driving in on a dirt road and it is surrounded by high compound walls or fences with electrfied razor wire. Once inside, the large hotel grounds are very well maintained with lawns and gardens and an interesting assortment of swmimming pools, including a water park. Most of the staff spoke no English whatsoever but were very kind and accommodating, especially when some of our party were not feeling well one day. The spacious restaurant served adequate meals and the rooms were also spacious and clean with beautiful hardwood floors and large completely tiled bathrooms in good repair. There was no hot water but the weather was very hot and humid so the cool showers were actually quite refreshing! Also for staying cool, the air conditioning worked well and we had a fridge in the room. It was quiet and peaceful at night but with so many birds around the mornings were a bit noisy, starting at dawn!
