This hotel is centrally located in Sapporo! It is very near the train station that can bring you to all places in Hokkaido including the Ski resort destination - Niseko!!! This is the first time I traveled to Sapporo and this hotel did not fail! The room was great - reasonably sized and with all the conveniences needed for a great stay. This hotel is centrally located near big malls including the ESTE building where you can see the Ramen Republic, a lane dedicated to the best Ramen Hokkaido can offer. You need to go to the Ramen Republic and try the different Ramen recipe Hokkaido is famous for!! The clock tower and Odori park are walking distance. Also try the underground mall which is huge - if you want to avoid the icy snow!! Really, I love this hotel!! They also provide breakfast! You can try the Hokkaido wheat and Hokkaido milk in the menu!! Thumbs up for this property!!

The hotel is located ideally near the Sapporo JR station and the various shopping malls. The rooms are not spacious but very clean and quiet. It is cleaned everyday at your chosen time. Staff are friendly and efficient. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10am. You cannot check in any earlier. So if you arrive before 3pm, just announce yourself to the receptionists and leave your begs at the lobby. Go round Sapporo and come back at 3pm to check in. Wifi in the room is free and rather fast.

A few minutes walk from JR sapporo station. There are many convenience stores and eateries around the hotel. Kinokuniya & starbucks are just around the corner. Good location to stay in.

The room is not too small for couple with two luggage. They provide a wide range of pillows for guests to chose. Room is comfortable and clean

Breakfast is simple and delicious!

Over all great experience in this place, room was very clean and comfortable, nice staff, great location near the train station and several shopping center, restaurants and cafe's. And also near the some of the tourist spots.

Room Tip: choose room at higher floor

This hotel is quite easy to find. There's even a guidance in JR Sapporo station to get here. Take the west exit, going into the direction of Daimaru / Paseo Dining. Follow the instruction on google map, and voila, you're there. Room is a bit limited if you want to open 2 medium size suitcases, but the bed is comfortable enough for two. There's instruction on the desk on how to operate TV Remote and AC Remote. There's also additional pillows near the lobby if you want to use other types of pillows.

Bathroom is quite alright, not very small, and the water pressure is good. Amenities is complete. Breakfast is simple, but fulfilling. Potato salad, hard-boiled eggs, pastries, milk, coffee, and tea.

Unfortunately, we found the front desk staff is lacking in English. We needed to buy antihistamine at 9:30PM and asked for direction to the nearby drug store. She's very helpful, calling ahead to the drugstore ensuring they're still open, showing us on the map, but she only spoke in Japanese. I really appreciate her effort, though.
