Well the room was small but otherwise it was perfect. The television was big, and the hotel and rooms are well designed. Bed was big and the amount of amenities were ample. The location is very near the Sakae subway station exit 1 (use the exit on the opposite of the road for elevators, just cross on ground).

(Not very related to the hotel though) Just don't go to the streets behind the hotel at Nishiki - quite a lot of strange uncles of bars and night clubs, and they are the first in Japan I encountered that continues to talk "just listen to me (in Japanese)" when I waved my hand. Very rude.

New Hotel in Sakae nearby everything mini mart , 24 hrs Don Quijote , Oasis21 etc. Room super clean ,
very helpful and friendly staff , I try to use wash&dry machine for 2 times but all cloth still wet , so frontdesk staff offer for handle our cloths for free when we came back all clothes are handled and folded neatly. The staff does not speak English well. But very willing to help. I will come back here if I have the opportunity to come to Nagoya again.
Centrair Limousine (Bus) From Centrair Airport is very convenient you should get off at Oasis21 Station short distance to walk to the hotel but from hotel to the airport I recommend to get the bus at Nishiki Dori Hommachi Bus Stop it's located opposite Hotel Silk Tree because bus pickup here before go to Oasis21 It's first come first serve

This hotel is situated right in downtown sakae, is brand new, and has friendly English speaking staff. As you might expect the rooms are on the small side, however the bathroom is more spacious than equivalent Japanese hotels. Everything is clean and comfortable.

The only area for improvement would be that the elevator is programmed to stop at the lobby each time you pass by it (the lobby is not on the ground floor). Presumably this is so the staff can check who is in the elevator as the reception desk faces the elevators, however as you require a care to access the room floors above the lobby, this is just an inconvenience.
