Stayed for 5 nights with my two grown children. Great location with convenient access to the underground rail (about 3 minutes away.) Quiet, clean neighborhood with some nice shopping and food nearby. Plenty of room for the three of us in the room. Staff was great. Would definitely stay again.

Our room was relatively tight for two people, but it definitely served its purpose for the price. The location is extremely convenient as it is located right next to a subway station. There is a good variety of restaurants within walking distance, and you can always take the subway to get anywhere else in the city.

It was probably our best sleep in Japan so far. The staff is really friendly you have all the amenities necessary (fridge, washing machine/dryer, ice machine, vending machine etc..).
The hotel and rooms are nicely on top of that the staff speaks perfectly fluent English so do not hesitate. The extras are the Lawson and 7-Eleven across the road and they do also offer breakfast at the hotel.
Our recommendation would be to check for the fabulous Indian/Nepalese restaurant Manakamana about 3-4 min walk from the hotel for a wonderful meal, cheap authentic and absolutely yummy.

We stayed 6 nights here. The hotel staff here are very friendly, rooms are very clean and we had a corner twin room and found it to be quite spacious for a Japanese hotel (could easily open and store luggage). Bathroom was nice with a large separate shower from the tub. There is a 7-Eleven and Lawson’s across the street which was convenient to pick up snacks. There is Cafe Lucca down the block which offers a very inexpensive breakfast set 460¥ with a drink and a choice of three options (French toast, eggs, or toast).

There is the Kitahama train station nearby (one for the Keihan Railway which is a private line) and the Subway “K” Sakaisuji Line. Be careful because the Keihan line is separate and if you transfer between that and the subway, you need to pay twice. We made that mistake coming over from the JR Osaka station. The only thing about this hotel is that the “K” line and this station is not a major train station. To get to Umeda, Namba, or Shinsaibashi area which are the main shopping and restaurant areas, you need to transfer trains to get there. There are some but not many restaurants in this area. Aside from this point, the hotel was a nice place to stay.

I was a little worried due to lots of bad reviews of this hotel.Thankfully that I had a good experience after all.

The room with a decent size and filled with all the facilities except the wardrobe is a bit small. The air-con was cool enough and room is spotless.

There were Lawson & 7-11 opposite the hotel. The hotel was 3 mins walk(quite near)from Kitahama metro and can use exit 4 via the supermarket escalator go up to the mall and exit via the side door.

I specially want to thank the restaurant manager who offered us the ice pack when my son having nose bleed. He was very kind and helpful.

Japan hotel always give me the peace of mind on their cleanliness. We stayed 4 nights in this hotel and they changed our bed linen everyday. Thumb up!!

The hotel staff were very polite, helpful and also very "cool", it will be great with a generous smile for the guest.

Overall, no hiccups during my pleasant stay with the hotel and I would like to thank them for their hospitality.
