Myself and my family travelled to Japan for a vacation on 9-12 September 2016, the first 2 nights is on complimentary by Hyatt via my employment at Amex as a location familiarization stay and I am paying for the 3rd night on my own. The booking was handle by their sales Director Midori Kataoka san who is very helpful and informative about location information. She is also kind enough to included breakfast for all 4 of us during the stay. (my wife and my 2 boys). The staffs are exceptionally polite and helpful during the check in process and I have the best view room of Tokyo I could've imagine. The executive lounge is very nice for the family to chill out after a long day out and about. Breakfast is excellent and have all variety of food which cater to everyone's taste.
Upon my check out, Midori san take her personal time to thank you for my visit and also invited your General Manager Mr. Ross Cooper to meet us which caught me by surprise. Thank you for all the special arrangements and go the extra miles to ensure I receive the best ever experience in your wonderful property. I can't express how thankful myself and my family during the stay. My boys keep asking me when are we returning to the home in Japan. I am sure I will be back.More
