The hotel is ideally situated. It is within walking distance of the Daimon and Hammatsucho stations. You can take the train from and to Haneda Airport from the Hammatsucho station.

There are various restaurants to choose from in the vicinity.

There are three convenience stores where you can get supplies and some hot food, nearby: 7/11, Family Mart and Lawson. The Lawson is in the same building as the hotel and connected by a door in the lobby. It is open 24 hours.

We were lucky to have arrived during the week that they offered free breakfast with the room, even if you had not signed up for it. This was much appreciated but there can be a lot of improvement in this regard. The room is small (but slightly bigger and better laid out than a previous hotel I had stayed in last year) but they have made efficient use of the space. It has a fridge, kettle and even a safe and they provide an ample supply of toiletries including robes and slippers. For each day you use the Eco option (where they only change the towels but not the sheets until the 3rd day of your stay), you get a free bottle of water for each occupant.

It rained for a couple of days we were there and the hotel was kind enough to lend us umbrellas to use. We were sure to return them afterwards. The staff was excellent and always very helpful.

First thin is that is good about the place it is near stations to both airports no need to change any where. Got there early and was allowed to drop off bags there until check in so no carrying bags around. The welcome was warm and helpful it had rain when i got there and was given towel to dry off with nice touch, the booking in was painless. the room for a single person is just the right size bed ok. The breakfast in the morning was good and the kitchin staff were always topping it up. the location of the hotel as I said is good the tokyo tower is just a few minutes away as with the emperors palace is also a few minutes walk away and from that Tokyo station. The metro is again not a short walk away as well. Overall a great place to stay and will probably use it again.

Thank you to ALL the staff there

David

This is a rather new hotel. Modern facility and fresh looking. Breakfast is surprising good for this type of hotel. Room is small and clean but it’s the norm for such hotels. There are convenient stores around with one located just next to the lobby. There are 2 metro stations nearby which connects to major train routes and so it’s rather accessible to major destinations like ginza, shinjuku etc. Value for money based on what I paid. Will go back again.

Stayed here for 1 night on January 2019, I found that this new hotel was superb in many ways : a very good location between 2 metro stations just steps away, friendly staff, excellent service, a convenient store (Lawson) beside the lobby, and the cleanliness. Very recommended hotel.

We stayed here for two weeks in November 2018. It was our first trip to Tokyo. The hotel is close to the Hamamatuscho Yamanote station, where the Haneda Monorail ends, so getting in and out of town with luggage was extremely convenient. The staff is friendly and speaks enough English that we were able to communicate easily. It feels safe, room keys are needed to use the elevator. Rooms are small but space is used efficiently. The shower is nice. Everything is extremely clean. The room has a small refrigerator, hot water kettle and a safe. Closet space is very tight. Bed is firm. Window opens a little for extra ventilation. It has AC but we never needed it in November.

WI-Fi worked well. The room has three plugs but only one USB port, so bring a hub! Breakfast is OK. Food quality is good but selection is limited and mostly the same every day except that the flavor of the rice balls changes. Other than the rice balls, the food was western. Scrambled eggs were good but sometimes cold when they didn't turn on the warmer. Self-laundry was pretty easy to use, never crowded. The machines self dispense detergent, so don't bother to bring your own.

Location is great for sightseeing. Close to a Yamanote station and two subway stops. Short walk to Tokyo Tower and Zojo-ji temple as well as several nice gardens and Tsukiji Market is close as well.(Yes, the main market has been moved, but still plenty of places to eat there.) Ueno Park, Imperial Palace, Akihabara, Asakusa/Skytree, Shinjuku and Shibuya are all easily accessible from here on the subway and train system. The area has a lot of restaurants but is quiet at night as it is a business district.

There is a Lawson store in the building, connected to the lobby. Family Mart is across the street and 7/11 is within a block, so ATM's and convenience foods are easy to access.

Room tip: We asked for a view and got the top floor which was nice. Bring a USB hub to keep things charged!
