Stayed here for about 10 days during the RWC. Room size was good, it was clean, staff were friendly and thought it was good value for money. This area is not central to the nightlife if that's what you're looking for but the train stations are close and there are a few restaurants close by. There are also a few tourist spots around. I'd stay here again.

We spent 3 nights in this hotel with 2 adults and 3 children. We had 2 rooms with a connecting door - perfect as a couple with the children close by.
Great breakfast buffet with a very good variety of continental and typically Japanese breakfast.
We had dinner in the grill restaurant one evening: great atmosphere and food! Very attentive service!
The reception personnel was always helpful with restaurant tips and also with forwarding our luggage to our next destination.
What a great location. Walking distance to several train stains (including the Yamanote JR line) giving you easy and quick access to major spots including Shinjuku and Shibuya. But still quiet and relaxing.
7-eleven and Family Mart both located on the same block. A major supermarket less than a 1km away. Lots of restaurants near by giving you ample choice.
Our room for 5 nights was a triple comfort room, which was basically a double room with an extra bed squeezed in. It was incredibly tight with little room to move around. But it was clean and very comfortable. Lovely bathroom with big bath tub a huge plus. Our friends had a room for 4 people and the room was basically double the size, so if your budget allows, definitely increase the size of your room!

During our trip, we stayed at both the 151 Building (deluxe triple room) and the Annex Building (standard twin room). If your preference is style over cost, then I would recommend going with the 151 Building as the room is more updated and newer. Rest assure that no matter which building you go with, you will have a clean and comfortable room to rest up after a long day of exploring Tokyo. With the understanding that hotel rooms in Japan are on the smaller side, both the 151 and Annex rooms were more spacious than we expected. You might need to be slightly creative with how you arrange the bigger pieces of luggage, but our group was able to walk around comfortably. In the 151 room, we especially appreciated that the toilet is separate from the shower. During our stay at the 151 Building, breakfast was included at the Old Grill House. While the buffet selections didn't change day to day, it had a good mix of Western and Japanese food, so our group always had a good meal to start the day with. Special shout-out to the reception/check-in desk staff, who were always very friendly and helpful! One of the staff was even kind enough to bring a forgotten item from the taxi to our room at 11:30 at night!
Stayed for a week in this hotel. Location was fabulous with direct drop off if you take airport limousine bus service and 10 to 15min walk (my walking speed) to closest subway stations. Less than 100m way both sides of hotel you can get convenient shops. Buffet breakfast while not many choices but the quality was good. Highly recommended
Tokyo is the cleanest city I have visited with the nicest people. This Hotel, whilst not the newest of flashes was lovely. We did struggle with good/water & the in house restaurants are very expensive - we do recommend eating out & bottled water. The activities for guests are awesome!! We would definitely return
