My husband and I stayed here for the first leg of our honeymoon and it was probably one of the highlights of our trip! Everything was amazing - the attention to detail, the cleanliness, the club lounge food and drinks, and most of all, the service and courtesy from the staff!

I used points to stay, and upgraded us to the club lounge. Quick note for Marriott Rewards members - after doing some research, it didn't sound like Marriott Platinum members would be automatically upgraded to the club lounge if you booked a regular room - you would have to first book the club level, in order to get upgraded from there. I'm so glad we went with the club level - it made the stay even better. And we did indeed get upgraded to a suite on the club level upon arrival.

I cannot say enough nice things about the staff. Upon arrival, we had a lovely note with several chocolates waiting for us. I had also been emailing with the concierge for several weeks ahead of our stay to book various restaurant reservations and activities - they were so kind and helpful! During our stay, there was a slight miscommunication about one of our activity locations - not a big deal at all. But when the lead concierge heard, she immediately arranged for a BMW car service to take us to the planned activity the next day, and we received a full size bottle of special sake as well. Not necessary, but highly appreciated! It's those little things that make your stay all the more memorable!

I would absolutely stay at the Ritz Carlton Tokyo again without any hesitation. Thank you for such a memorable honeymoon!

The Ritz Carlton Tokyo is the experience of a hotel in heaven!! Amazing lobby (truly amazing lounge and bar!!). The rooms are exquisite but, most importantly, the staff is the ultimate in service, attention to detail and kind support. Beautiful environment and amazing staff. World renowned bar staff and great restaurants on premise. An amazing location and experience. Truly a special destination worthy of the journey.

Room Tip: Let the staff guide you.

Luxury and attention to detail not seen anywhere else. While checking in one of the staff, rebecca, overheard our plans and that we were here for our sons graduation. She the made a handmade card congratulating our son and suggested restaurants and places for us to visit. I cannot praise her or this hotel enough. I will be back again and again.

Beautiful hotel, excellent service and very convenient location to most of the best sites in Tokyo. First stay at Ritz Carlton property, but will certainly try them in other locations. This also boasts to be the highest hotel location beginning with Lobby on 45th floor. Views from any room, the lobby or pool are outstanding.
