Very central and convenient to shopping for everything, restaurants, fast food outlets, and the Narita Airport limousine bus at Keio Dept. store. There's a Lawson's convenience store around the corner and breakfast in the hotel at reasonable price. Rooms are clean and good service but there are different grades of rooms. Every time I booked, my non-smoking room always had a small fridge and a washlet toilet. However, this time, I had to accept a smoking room which had no fridge and no washlet toilet. The room was noticeably older. In conclusion, I would definitely stay there again as their rates are reasonable.

The hotel is very close to Shinjuku station which makes travelling to and from airport very convenient. It is also near to many restaurants, shops, convenience store, all within walking distance. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast was good. I would love to stay there again.

First of all, a huge THANK YOU for having post my coat back to me. I by mistake forgot my winter coat hanging in the wardrobe of the hotel room and didn't notice until I arrive to my home, I sent an e-mail to the manager of the hotel and the reply was quick and what it was better they kindly asked me for my home address to have my coat sent back to me and they did. with no extra charges. Thank you very much.

Good location, close to everything, metro station, airport limousine, shops, food...... inexpensive for the location.

Excellent location, perfect for the limousine buss service, perfect for the night life of Shinjuku, only two stops on the JR Line to Harajuku and three to Shibuya. If you want to go to the fish market (Tsukiji) 30 minutes away walking and Metro. The War Museum, is on a direct metro line from Shinjuku 15 minutes. As said excellent location. The rooms in the Hotel are fairly large by Japanese standards, and the toilets and bathroom clean and not to minute. TV only has Japanese channels but if you want to you can buy a satellite card from the hotel, but frankly Tokyo is such a cool place you do not want to bother with TV. The day staff seem to speak good English the night staff not so much. But had no problem phoning them and making a reservation speaking English. In fact I recommend that as their website site said it was full but on phoning them I had no problem Would gladly stay there again. This is Tokyo the location justifies the price which by Tokyo standards is reasonable.

Good location. Walking distance from Airport Limousine and a host of shopping options.
Friendly english speaking staff. Unfortunately their rooms are too hot (Japanese tend to feel more cold than most). The temp control panel in the room is illusory (does not work, is not meant to work), as setting is done from main controls by hotel staff. Quite irritating to find (after patiently waiting) this out. However, their windows are openable. So, even if noisy, it is a good way to get fresh air and balance out the temp. Bathrooms smell mildewy. Carpet is dirty. LAN does not work.

Room tip: Not sure if any rooms are "good". Ask for non smoking to avoid even more smelly rooms
