The hotel is quite modern, and the service is quite good and helpful. Our room rate does not include breakfast, and it costs about 2,200 yens for each person after a 15% discount for hotel guests. The buffet breakfast is quite good with both Japanese and Western choices. The hotel also has washer/dryer available for guest use. It is washer/dryer combined, and I always ended up putting more money in for extra drying. One feature I like about the machine is that it allows the users to input a pass code so no one can open the door to the machine and put your clothes out before you can get to them.
We have 3 people in the room, and it is quite clammed. The suitcases occupied most of the area available after the 3 beds, and there is no chair to sit after that, so it is uncomfortable if you want to use your laptop or to do some work. However, the beds and the comforters are comfortable.
The toilet is separated from the bathtub/shower area. The shower area is right next to the tub and is very spacious and comfortable. I like it very much.
The hotel is located near the Asakusa Station which accommodates certain subways and train lines, but not others. It can be confusing, and not as convenient to others. It is very close to the Asakusa Temple and the Tokyo Sky Tree is walkable if it is not too hot or cold.
