First off, the location is incredible - literally steps from Senso-ji. This makes it a great place to stay especially if you are a first time visitor to Tokyo and want to see the main attractions - the skytree is also within walking distance. It was my third time in the city, so I knew my way around already, but I did enjoy walking away from the tourist places and finding new sides to Asakusa as a district.
The staff members were fantastic. My room was a little dated, but super clean and had everything I needed. Endless eating/drinking options on the same street, and there's even a 7-11 inside the hotel. It's also within walking distance to Ueno Station too. If you enjoy walking and want a break away from the tourist vibe of Asakua, then I recommend walking along the banks of the Sumida river - steps from hotel - from Asakusa, heading south and enjoying the little known solitude that Tokyo can provide.
