I was on a visit to Japan with the Al Ain Club team (the Asian Cup final match between Al Ain and Yokohama). The Yokohama team won the first leg and the return match remains on the 25th in the city of Al Ain. The hotel and all the employees provided us with distinguished and professional service, a beautiful smile and professionalism. In providing services... I thank you very much, especially the concierge staff Saeeda and Yuka, because they helped me a lot. And the concierge employee who helped me buy a therapeutic device. I was searching a lot for you... as well as room services, cleaning and reception... I used to love Japan and respect them very much, but after this visit my love and respect for them increased... I obtained a visa for three years. But with one entry... I don't know why... because I hope to come to Japan to visit with my family... is this easy or impossible...

Room tip: I hope to find cupping therapy services it’s good for visitors and the hotel and Japan

My experience

Staff is supper friendly and attentive. Everything is nice and clean. Beds are comfortable and the area is nice to walk and relax.

If you’re looking for peace, calm and relaxation, then I think this is your place. Food was great I would recommend the Hawaiian breakfast just bc I am not that much into fish.

Better than hilton

Amazing experience the best place I've stayed at so far even better than Hilton ! It is a really good resort with great food that filled me up fully and with a lot of energy to start my day thanks to the soft wonderful beds with the help of a great bath that made me feel young again

Great hotel and great staff

Great resort and great hotel. The staff was amazing and made our stay feel like home. One associate “Saida Hamada” made me feel extra welcome with her interactions and how she accommodated us. I will definitely be returning due to Saida’s hospitality

The Kahala is in our top 3 hotels we have been.

Excellent resort. My wife and I are very happy with the attention and quality of service. We are making plans to return with our grandchildren. The location Is excellent with view to the Tokyo Bay, access to shopping stores and Japan train system. The room is impeccable, the bed is wide and very comfortable (my weight is 194 lbs), the pillows are plush. The staff and room services are outstanding, even with the language barrier. By the way, if this is your first time in Japan, I highly recommend hiring a guide. It’s quite a challenge to move around Japan if this is your first time.
The reception is in the 14th floor, which my wife and I found very clever. It allows you to enjoy a view of Tokyo bay while you do your checking. This resort is highly recommended.

Room tip: Bring a pair of comfortable walking shoes. You will need them.
