This hotel is not far from Sakae subway station, exit #12. There are convenience stores, shopping, and restaurants nearby. Outside was very noisy, but I couldn't hear much with the window closed in my room.
The continental breakfast was good, and the customer service was great. The hotel was very clean, except that the bathroom drains need some Draino. Otherwise, my only complaint is that there wasn't a kettle in the room, which is really surprising for Japan.

stayed 3 nights with my wife and found the location of hotel very convenient for exploring Nagoya. Service was attentive with English speaking reception staff, room very clean and spacious for the rate we paid. overall would recommend this hotel.
Stayed there for a night. The location is great, easy access to subway station and there is a restaurant that sells famous Nagoya chicken wings and a cosmetic shop nearby, both close rather late. Hotel's free breakfast is great! However the single room I got was very small, I could only open my suitcase at the doorway and there was barely a desk. It may be a problem if you need space for tidying up after crazy shopping in Japan. Not sure what the double room looks like. I would stay here again if I stop over Nagoya, but look for a bigger room if stay more than 2 nights.
P.S. there is LAN line in room, but if you need wifi, ask for a wifi device at front desk which is free of charge.
Friendly english-speaking staff, free breakfast (didn't try), very quiet, single bed was very comfortable. Rooms smelt a bit, but the cost is reasonable and the room very clean. Typical business hotel. Room service is at 10am and if you are still in the room at this time your room will not be cleaned for the day.
