Japan’s hotel rooms are mostly small and not very friendly for guests of 3. However, this hotel is quite spacious for the 3 of us. We stayed here for 2 nights and we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Room is clean and spacious for 3 people with 4 luggages. Location is just 1 stop away from Nagoya Train Station. Many shops and restaurants around. Breakfast options don’t have many varieties but overall is ok for us. Front desk people are very friendly and attentive.

Prior to the trip, we emailed the hotel to request for a room with river view as the only choice we had when reserving is room at building side. The kind staff arranged it for us.
Location is perfect. Airport bus next door. Family Mart with seats for a quick meal next door. A building with supermarket, drug store, Donki and food court next door. Many restaurants nearby. It is a 15 mins walk to Nagoya Station, Sake, Osu.
Room is clean and small but as expected. We move the chair/table and we can open our two big luggages when doing packing. There is no safe but that is fine.
Staff is friendly and though they do not speak much English, they are willing to help.
Generally a hotel worth staying.

Stayed here 5 nights on a bussiness trip. Very clean and well equipted room. Rather small as any japanees hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. They could even speaka little english. The location is perfect, walking distance to thousends of restaurants and shopping malls.
