Just back from Osaka where we try for one night this "hotel", of course its not for couple but according to the price and the location, its very acceptable to sleep far from your gf, if just for one night;-)
The room is very clean, they provided stuff, like toothbrush, towel, soap, etc,
There is also free WI-FI in each floor, and also in room with ethernet cable.
If i need return Osaka, i may return there again

i spent one night at this "capsule" hotel. This hotel is really clean but the staffs do not speak english much i met one staff who spoke english better. This hotel has some rules to follow, you couldnt pick up your phone in your "room" there's special room to answer your call, and when you watch tv in your room, you have to use earphones. it is a bit annoying for me but it is so quiet and you can relax for resting.

however location is very close to Station and Namba shopping arcade, it's plus for this hotel.

Having arrived here from a 6-to-a-room youth hostel previously, we were wowed by the overall classiness of this place. A cross between a hostel, hotel and a capsule, First Cabin provided individual rooms which housed a spacious bed, 32 inch Sony Bravia TV at the foot of the bed and all sorts of amenities such as a set of pyjamas, body sponge, fluffy towels, slippers and more. The shared bathroom had an array of branded face care products and there was even a dry sauna and a lovely hot tub for soaking. You just have to be oblivious to all the other naked women around!

This place is a great option for women travellers, as there are separate sections for men and ladies. While the room areas were deadly quiet and quite dark (think a dimmed-out first class cabin on a plane, which is the overall concept of the place), there is a common lounge area for get-togethers and enough vending machines to provide a variety of beverages. We did not have time to explore the lounge / bar which served alcohol and snacks as well as the business area on the upper floor. Then again, we were there for leisure.

Location-wise, First Cabin is great as it is connected to the Namba Station - on the Midosuji Subway Line side. Just across the road are the lively areas of Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori, which are great to explore in the evening. From Namba main station, one can get a train straight to Kansai Airport.

Our only complaint about First Cabin? No wifi available for foreigners. We think there was wifi, but only seemed available to those on Softbank and there was a cable for laptops. Otherwise, this would have been a perfect place to stay especially at the price of S$50 a night, booked on Agoda.

The time I checked in I noticed a tray full od small cardboxes, like matchboxes with kanjis written on it. I was puzzled and I inquired about what was it. They told that they were earplugs that thye give for free as an ammenity. I niticed that very first moment that the sleep quiality wasn´t going to be good. And I was right ...
It is a funny and strange place with shelves of manga comics around the cabins and a very futuristic design. The capsule are wide enough but you only have a small place to lock your things with a key since the cabins do not have a lock, just a hard curtain to close it. Because of that, I have to leave my luggage in the front desk. It´s completely safe of course, but just uncortable if you are in your capsule but your luggage in the reception area.
On the good side are the great comunal baths with a spa and the location, near Namba St. a 2 minutes walk, specially good if you, like me , was to take a flight the next day and wanted a quick and smooth transfer to the KIX airport via the Nankai Rapid train service. It is also near some great shopping and eating arcades so the location was excellent.
So I wouldn´t mind sleep there again for a night before taking a flight but I would not recommend it for longer stays in Osaka

Very cool hotel for a young, single traveler. Pod-style rooms, shared bathrooms (clean), high-tech, secure, reasonably priced and great location by Namba station. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
