We have just got home from a one week all inclusive stay here 17th to 24th June and what a wonderful chilled out holiday we have had. The hotel was exactly as described and the views amazing. I honestly don't know what others had to complain about. It IS in a remote location with little entertainment and no mega late night bars and that is what provides the opportunity for complete relaxation and time out to recharge. The food is Greek which is what we expect when visiting a Greek Island. Well cooked with plenty of different options. It's not often you get a hotel where you can just walk down a couple of steps and straight into the sea. ALL of the staff are so very friendly and helpful. The bar serves a good range of local drinks and cocktails all served with a smile or you can help yourself on one of the beer pumps. You also help yourself to as many coffees and filtered water as you like. The rooms are clean with regular changes of towels. We had a sea view room (313) and I sooo miss that wonderful view when I woke up. We are now looking at dates for next year so we can get booked to return. Highly reccommended for anyone who wants to get away from it all and relax.

Room Tip: Sea view rooms well worth it.

My wife and I spent the last 2 weeks in May at the Tsamis and we had a reaIly lovely holiday . The Hotel probably is not the best place to be if you have mobility issues as I do but so did many other guests . ( you manage ) . Its brilliant views are worth the effort .
The Hotel itself is comfortable ,clean and restful , its not really the place for clubbers ,stag / hen parties .
The food is mainly Greek based and is very good ( if you dont like Greek food why go to Greece? .
The staff from Angela and Kostas in reception to Adriana and Kostas bar / resturant were excellent .Not forgetting Theo always smiling ( enjoy the T shirt Theo)
To sum up If you want a good relaxed quiet holiday this is the place for you if not good hunting .!

Room Tip: seawiew rooms are worth the upgrade

Just spent a week in the hotel. We wanted a quiet hotel, quiet location, no fuss, no frills and that's what we got.
Bar Staff, excellent and attentive, Resturant staff equally as good and Angela in reception in the mornings, despite being busy, always had time to say Kalimera.
We had a side room with limited sea view, but Ideal for a break from the 30 degree heat of the day. Yes, the beds are firm but unless a hotel can supply different mattresses for the varied requirements, you accept the consequences.
Air con was in our room, working, and we were not charged extra.
The food was fine, yes it could be improved but then the prices would rise accordingly.
Paid 2euro each for the pool towels but with 15k baggage allowance, this is a bargain.
Bar drinks, no issues, if you put coke or sprite with the vodka etc, it's acceptable. Tea and coffee available all day.
Pools were fine and infinity pool seemed to be the favourite with the view to sea.
There are three tavernas within 5 minute walking distance if you want a change of diet, but otherwise, no issues.
We did jump the bus into laganas at a cost of €1.80 each for a single journey which took about 45 minutes and was worthwhile.
We got what we paid for, a good restful break, thanks to all at the Tsamis.

Just returned from a 10 night stay at this hotel and overall it is a very lovely hotel set in a peaceful location. Hotel is set on a cliff edge with 3 tiers (main pool, infinity pool and beach/sea area), however the location is very quiet and residential, so more suitable for those who just want a relaxing break.
The nearest town Tsilivi is 4km away, which is about 10 min taxi journey costing €11 each way or there is a bus for €1.80, however they only run twice a day.
We enjoyed the food, a bit repetitive so we are out a couple of times to get a change of scenery. It's more traditional Greek than English, but as long as you eat meat, salad and potatoes you'll find something you like. All inclusive excludes certain cocktails and some snacks/ice cream which is a shame.
Hotel doesn't really have any entertainment except a Greek night once in the week and a live music night, so again it's travelling to the next town.
Staff are all very friendly and attentive, only issue we had was with the woman on reception who was quite sarcastic with us when we complained about an ants nest in our room, however the issue was resolved by the maids (who clean your room everyday).
Overall, really nice hotel however wouldn't really return simply for the location- being in our early 20s, we would've preferred to be in a location with better access to shops etc

Just back from a week in this hotel.
Whilst the hotel location is stunning ( beach front) the food massively lets this hotel down.
Breakfast was okay, had lunch once couldn't face going again and had only 3 evening meals, one of those meals was melon!!!!! ( couldn't face anything else)
Food extremely bland.
They did a snack in the afternoons eg: a toasted sandwich and a cake which helped me not starve to death.
The hotel is extremely remote so ended up buying food every single day from local supermarket, not ideal when you've paid for full board.

Fab beach front hotel, lovely place to sunbathe.
Both day & evening receptionist ( friendly & helpful)
The barman Theo, friendly efficient and super hard working. ( the owners should really value him)
Rooms fine,beds comftable.
Such a shame the food so poor as would of returned but as it stands would not return or recommend holiday unless food improved greatly.
