After we arrived, we found that they were out of several entrées. Some of this is to be expected with a late seating, but I am used to substitutions - not half the menu being unavailable.
Because of the limited selection, we ordered two of the same thing (bison strip loin). We waited about 35 minutes for the entrees. When they arrived, mine was fine -- not great, but fine. My companion's was an inedible piece of meat that should not have been served; he left half of it (all gristle) on his plate.
The server, rather than noticing, just rushed us along toward dessert even as he was still eating. Yes, it was getting toward closing, but only because the kitchen had been so slow with the food.
The sides and the dessert (huckleberry galette) were the only redeeming parts of the meal.
Music volume + placement of speakers made conversation difficult at our booth.
I do not recommend eating here. Eat okay food elsewhere in the park and save your money for an actual good experience somewhere else.
