This was a disappointing hotel to stay at. The room was large but was a fusty and the decor could be described as traditional or tired, my vote is for tired! The safe place for keeping our bikes was inside the front of the hotel but it didn't feel very safe. Bike were however fine. Breakfast was included but at 8:30 when we went down it had been ravaged by a coach load and there was little left except for some rather unappealing scrambled eggs and sausages. When we asked a waiter for some help he said it was self service! However a waitress when asked the same question, fetched some yoghurt and more fruit and toasted some of the unappealing white bread for us. Room service staff were also sat outside our room chatting obviously waiting for us to leave but we're not very friendly. This hotel was booked for us by a cycle tour operator and I'm going to suggest they choose another hotel for future quests.More
