Description: A great quirky casual dining experience. Opened since 1979 it still has the same owners and the same name. It is a mix of eclectic and local island decor. The walls feature an array of photos of events, people and things. The ceilings are a collage of various types of posters etc. The Tumunu Garden Restaurant also features the "largest little notebook" on the island. Come visit us! A fun place for children too with a garden and "dancing laser fire flys"

We shared a platter for one with garlic bread and it was enough. Fish, squid, and oysters were good but rest was a bit hit and miss. I could of had a plate full of fresh prawns with plain bread - The king prawns were delicious. Keep it simple with seafood. Service was good but the place lacked a bit of atmosphere for such a big restaurant. Would recommend it for a group booking.

The seafood platter was the best value for money. Everything was delicious. The staff are friendly and attentive. Great night out - Will definitely go back.

What a great place. Value for money and big meals. Sit inside or out. Staff were friendly and efficient.

The ceiling covered in adverts from yesteryear was very amusing.

Went as the reviews raved about the seafood platter, great if you like heated up frozen seafood, nothing was fresh , salt and pepper calamari you can buy in frozen section at local supermarket , no ika mata and waitress didn’t tell us, instead you got smoked fish from a can mixed up to a blob in a bowl, everything bland and tasted boring. Fruit platter consisted of 2 pieces of paw paw and salad limp and soggy with too much dressing at $80 a complete rip off. No atmosphere or fun to the restaurant at all. Not one thing on the plate was fresh from the sea. Don’t waste your money plenty of other places to eat.

We really enjoyed our evening there with a seafood platter for two. I can't say I love seafood but what we got was well-prepared. I'd say it was a big expensive. The restaurant offers outside seating as well and mosquito repellents come as a very convenient bonus. The service was ok, but I found it a bit weird. They were very friendly, though. Nice decor.
