The owner Miss Norma makes this place feel like home. She's incredibly approachable and nothing is too much trouble. We've stayed in apartments all over the world and this place really can't be beaten for comfort of stay. The kitchen is packed with everything from a juice blender to a coffee maker and enough pots and pans to cook up a storm should you choose! Miss Norma even leaves beach towels for you to use and pegs to hang up your wet clothes...everything has been thought of making your stay easy and carefree. The area is very peaceful, there's a supermarket a couple of minutes walk away as well as 3 wonderful sandy beaches just a short stroll. Don't miss the food at Cafe Down Low or drinks at the friendly Revs bar a 15 minute walk out of town. One of our favourite things was having a drink at Luvinia's at Miller's Guesthouse watching the fishermen bring in their catch at the end of the day. This place is a perfect place to enjoy your holiday, don't look any further than a stay at wonderful Miss Norma's!

As always when we arrive in a new place we're a tad apprehensive but upon arrival to the apartment we're greeted by the most friendly lovely lady, Miss Norma who we stayed with for 7 nights (started with 5 but extended a further 2 because it was so good).

We booked the transfer from the airport through her which was perfect and takes the stress out of trying to get a taxi at a fair price when we landed.

Miss Norma provides good wifi (can't Skype call but good for everything else). She recommended some lovely beaches, is always available for questions, and provides lots of bathroom and kitchen items too.

We could write loads more but it's simple, if you want good value for money and to feel like you're staying with a relative who really cares, look no further. It's no wonder her rating is so high everywhere you look.

Stayed a couple nights here while visiting Tobago very nice place and very friendly staff. Stayed in top floor suite was very nice and has all amenities. They helped us find a local rental car as well and paid half of what the other rental car companies charge.

Ms Norma is truly a great hostess very friendly and so accommodating she has every thing prepared for you. Facilities are excellent you can here the sea waves and feel the breeze Mt Irvine beach is about 3 minutes drive away and what' s nice is that the place is not near the major hustle and bustle like those other big hotels but truly there is an atmosphere of tranquility will definitely recommend anyone to visit.

We loved our apartment truly a home from home and very comfortable. Great facilties including nice big shower and air con - much appreciated due to the heat. Beautiful garden here also we had a lovely little fountain to sit out by. Mrs Norma was friendly but not intrusive and truly couldn't do enough for us. Having read some of the reviews of the larger hotels on Tobago sounds like they could learn a thing or 2 about customer service from Mrs Norma!

It's true buccoo is very quiet and the 2 restaurants we visited quite expensive. However there is a nearby shop which sells everything needed to make decent meals.

We visited Mt Irvine beach which is best for facilities as it has sunloungers and snorkels for rent and a bar. Our favourite was Grange beach as nearer and completely unspoilt - and we had it all to ourselves for much of the time.

If a quiet beach holiday is what you are after and you don't mind cooking for yourself for some of the time then this is the best place certainly that I have ever been.
