comfortable rooms so slept well. The breakfast was particularly good with a good choice of both continental items and nicely prepared full english. Recommend as it is not far off the South West coast path and there is a very good pub within walking distance. We were allowed to bring one car to the B and B before starting the walk from Beesands.

The room was great, had a cosy feeling. Nice soft bedding. The hosts are a couple and are great people. Breakfast had generous portions. We couldn't finish! Nice colourful dining and sitting area. 10-15 min drive to Dartmouth. Highly recommended.

Stayed for one night to see my son pass out at BRNC. Being in Devon you wouldn't expect grand penthouse rooms, however, the rooms were surprisingly large enough to move around, compact with TV, tea, coffee and biscuits and very clean. Bed was OK and the bathroom very good with a roomy power shower to boot. The breakfast was fantastic and the owners went the extra mile to serve us early as we had to leave before their normal serving. They had cereals, fruit, yogurt and a full English with toast, tea, coffee and fruit juice but all individually cooked and served to your liking. They have a fantastic garden which is just outside the breakfast room, a real shame we couldn't have spent a few more days here. The location is great too just between Blackpool sands and Dartmouth. There are enough parking space for each room which isn't always available at other guest houses. I would definitely come back.

We found this a mixed bag. The B+B was in a good location and the breakfast was tasty and had a good choice but the bed was as hard as a plank (why don't owners sleep in the beds they offer to check them out?) And the towels were like luffahs, good for exfoiliating but not pleasant to dry with. The room was small and had nowhere to store suitcases. Shower room well equipt but a bit niffy. The hosts were cold and unfriendly and looked surprised to see you there. They made themselves scarce and we didn't even see them to say goodbye.

Have stayed here 4 times now, cannot fault it, spotlessly clean, breakfasts amazing, can come &go all day, nice patio with ajoining conservatory in a pretty garden, where breakfast is served. local pub, 10 min walk, great meals & good beer.
Very reasonably priced. Highly reccomend this b&b.

Room Tip: All rooms are fine, compact but have everything you need.
