This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The scenery and the staff are amazing however the reception and management is terrible.

We arrived prior to check in and were told that we could change our clothes in the spa. Upon arriving at the spa we were greeted amazingly and offered a very good deal from Naim. A hamam experience, jacuzzi time and a whole hours massage and facial treatment. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had and we ended up having another one at the end of our stay. After our spa experience it was time for us to check in so we grabbed our things, left it in the room and went down to the pool. At this point my trainers were stolen from my room, I reported this to guest relations and assumed they took their customer service seriously however nobody got back to us. After 7 days we decided to go to guest relations to chase up and all they said was they still hadn’t found them. At this point we became very agitated as it felt like nobody was doing anything about the fact that my trainers were missing. We asked to speak to the hotel manager Ilker Yesilmen and we were refused. They told us that we had booked with ‘Attaché tours’ (which we did not, we booked with sunshine), and that we had to sort out this issue with him. HE IS NOT A MEMBER OF THIS HOTEL, HE SELLS EXCURSIONS. WHAT COULD THIS MAN, THAT WE DID NOT ASK TO REPRESENT US, DO? He eventually advised the hotel that we should be throw out for being disruptive which is absolutely disgusting from someone who is not even a part of the hotel! ATTACHE TOURS IS TERRIBLE AND IF THEY TRY TO GIVE YOU A WELCOME PACK FROM THEM, REFUSE IT AS IT WILL CAUSE YOU MANY MANY PROBLEMS! We had to push and fight with the reception to end up speaking to a manager however all they did was send the guest relations manager. She told us that they were going to check who went in and out of our rooms (as if that would do anything), she was no help at all. After a while we had to argue and kick up a fuss for somebody to actually look after our needs. We were introduced to the assistant manager Huseyin and he understood our situation and that it’s normal for someone to be agitated about the fact that their things go missing in their hotel. He advised that he couldn’t refund us for the trainers (as this would mean they accepted responsibility for losing my trainers) and offered us a variety of hotel extras and we are very thankful for his understanding and help. Serdar also was very helpful and nice and arranged all of our hotel extras to be organised so we would no longer need to chase anyone in reception.

THE RECEPTION STAFF AND GUEST RELATIONS STAFF IS TERRIBLE, THEY CANNOT SPEAK ENGLISH AND GIVE YOU DIRTY LOOKS AND IGNORE YOU. It is absolutely appalling for the front of house staff to be this bad.

The bar staff was excellent, they always made sure we got what we wanted and always pleased us with their drink making skills! Thankyou serhat and Omer!

The animation staff is wonderful, we went out clubbing with Max and Suzy and they ensured we had a wonderful time and looked after us very well when we got out of hand, they are angels!! We will miss you very much!

The restaurant staff was also amazing, they always remembered the little extras we like for example pickles, chilli sauce, etc. They made sure we were always taken care of, thankyou oguzhan especially!

The spa staff are very very good at their jobs and took away every pain and knot we had in our bodies, thankyou naim, mj, fanti, maki, puti and selahttin!

We had a professional photo shoot by ercan at the hotel and he is also very good at his job, we managed to get all of his amazing shots onto a disc on behalf of the hotel. Thankyou!

I would definitely recommend this hotel because of the scenery, bar staff, animation team, restaurant staff, etc, however after the appalling service from the guest relations and reception, I don’t think I would personally every go back. They ruined the the last two days of our holiday, longer than a week at this hotel would be a mistake.

We were there from 18th to 25th of June 2018.
Wonderful hotel, very clean, excellent food.
Very safe,
Security Manager Sebahattin Koca was always ready to help us in every aspect.
Right after entering the hotel, everyone welcomed us with kind and professional attitude.
I recommend the hotel for a good holiday.

We were there from 3rd to 9th of June 2018. These are some points that we encountered:
1- We checked in at 5 a.m and there was no welcoming and even no bellboy.
2- The lobby decoration was not fashionable.
3- The room is the positive point for us. it was big, clean, full of wardrobes...
4- the main restaurant had almost acceptable quality but I think it could be better
5- The A La Carte restaurants were not good enough and didn't have any difference with the main one
6- The pools are another positive point. the bar beside the pool was great, the pools were clean and had a beautiful view, the slides were cool...
7- the animation team was very cool, full of energy and fun. they made our nights great
8- Although it was a U.ALL package but they served local alcoholic drinks?!!!
9- room service was acceptable but not enough
totally it was not a top 5 star hotel but we had fun there and we enjoyed

If it's peace and quiet you are looking for then this hotel is certainly not for you.
The hotel was very crowded with a high proportion of children. Fine if you have children in your party but not so good when they are in the buffect queues using their fingers. In fact one lunch time I narrowly missed a child riding a scooter through the restaurant.
We used the adult pool which was the only quiet pool area. Very peaceful apart from the odd occasion when parents brought children into the pool. They were eventually removed by the Lifeguard when he was on duty. Hotel has good amenities in a reasonably good location but can only be reached by a treacherous road with craters (not potholes) which is extremely hazardous. We arrived late at night in the dark which was not a pleasant experience. The Reception staff appeared not to be expecting us
so it wasn't the usual smiling faces on arrival or welcome drink for that matter.
I will not be returning to the hotel.

Hotel staff apart from animation need to learn English!

Animation team are the best !! SUZY, MAX & MARCO YOU GUYS DESERVE A PAY RISE!!!

Water sports and photo depo are way overpriced..it’s laughable..
